While visiting Florence in the middle of a heat wave, we stumbled upon The Joshua Tree Pub—an Irish pub with more personality than we ever expected to find in the heart of Italy. Between the atmosphere, the hospitality, and a bartender named Nadeau, it became one of those unexpected stops we still talk about.

This collection is our little nod to that afternoon. Good drinks, good people, and the places you never saw coming.
