Refund policy

House of Brindle — Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost to you — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

If you received the wrong item, we'll make it right immediately at no cost.

For all other exchanges, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Items must be returned in original packaging.
