Our Story
Welcome to House of Brindle! I'm so glad you've found your way here.
Before you wander, I'd love to share a little about the places, experiences, and passions that inspired House of Brindle - and how they eventually came together to create what you see here,
I grew up in the great Pacific Northwest and attended Washington State University (Go Cougs!) where I studied design and business. Since then, life has taken me coast to coast, with a few stops in between. Along the way, I’ve had plenty of opportunities to turn a new house into a home, and each one has been a little different.
Architecture, organic shapes, and finding just the right place for something unexpected have always appealed to me. I love spaces that feel thoughtfully composed and carefully collected. To me, it's these unexpected details that make a space uniquely its own, bring a room to life, and inspire conversations and stories shared among friends.
Travel has always been one of my greatest sources of inspiration. I believe the best way to experience a city is on foot. I love wandering off the beaten path, discovering where the locals go, striking up conversations, and taking in the sights, sounds, and smells. Those experiences tend to stay with me long after I’ve returned home.
My professional experiences have also shaped how I approach life. Presentation, attention to detail, and taking care of people matter to me. I believe the experience is just as important as the product, and if you put your name behind something, you should stand behind it.
These days, Florida is home. I love time with my family and dogs, the beach, good food, a great glass of wine, and a really solid bourbon. I appreciate things that are done well, whether it’s a beautifully designed room, a memorable meal, or simply someone going the extra mile.
House of Brindle brings a little of all of that together. It’s a place to share pieces that catch my eye, things with character, and those unexpected finds that make everyday life feel more personal.
And the name? That’s a nod to Bentley, our beloved brindle girl.
I’m glad you’re here.
Come in. Wander a while.
