The Carciofo Bowl
The artichoke has its roots in the Mediterranean, and the Carciofo Bowl takes that familiar shape somewhere unexpected.
With its sculpted, overlapping leaves, curved stem, and rich olive-green glaze, this small ceramic bowl brings a little character to the table. Its glossy finish highlights every detail, creating a piece that feels both playful and beautifully considered.
Equally at home on an open kitchen shelf, a coffee table, or among a collection of favorite objects.

The Brindle Edit: We love the contrast of this deep green against natural materials. Pair it with olive wood, travertine, or soft linen for an easy Mediterranean feel. Beautiful on its own, but even more interesting when a few are grouped together.
Artisan Profile
Designed and entirely handmade in Italy by Virginia Casa, a ceramics house based in Montespertoli, near Florence. Each piece is individually crafted rather than mass-produced, reflecting the skill and attention of the artisans behind it. Subtle variations in glaze and tone are a natural part of the handmade process, giving every bowl its own character.
The Brindle Note: Carciofo is Italian for artichoke. We kept the name simple. The piece has enough personality all on its own.
