Sanibel Acacia Serving Cloche

Some things deserve a little ceremony.

The Sanibel Acacia Serving Cloche pairs warm, richly grained acacia wood with a clear glass dome for a piece that is as beautiful sitting on the counter as it is filled for company. Its gently raised wood base gives the piece presence without feeling formal, while the glass cloche keeps whatever is underneath it part of the display.

Use Sanibel for cheeses and charcuterie, pastries, chocolates, fruit, small sandwiches or cocktail-hour bites. Left empty between gatherings, it remains a sculptural addition to a kitchen island, bar or dining table and also makes an elegant display for candles, botanicals, shells, or collected objects.

Care

Hand wash the glass cloche and dry carefully. Wipe the acacia wood base clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry promptly. Do not soak the wood or place it in the dishwasher.

The Brindle Edit; Set Sanibel out before guests arrive with a wedge of cheese, Marcona almonds, figs and a few pieces of good chocolate tucked beneath the glass. Or keep it on the kitchen counter with pastries inside and let the acacia wood bring a little warmth to an otherwise everyday corner.
