Praiano Linen Placemats

Praiano Linen Placemats

Sun-washed lemons and leafy greens bring an effortless Mediterranean warmth to the Praiano Linen Placemats. Made from the same beautifully textured linen-cotton blend as our Praiano Tablecloth, they add color and character to the table while still feeling relaxed, natural, and collected.

Handmade in Latvia from 90% cotton and 10% linen, Praiano is designed for the kind of table that doesn’t need to feel overly arranged. The botanical print does the work — equally at home beneath simple white dinnerware, handmade ceramics, or an assortment of pieces gathered over time.

The Brindle Edit:  Use Praiano against warm wood and let the table itself become part of the setting. Add clear glassware, olive wood serving pieces, and simple neutral napkins for an easy Mediterranean mix. For a fuller statement, layer them with the coordinating Praiano Linen Tablecloth — but we love them just as much on their own.

Artisan Profile
Handmade in Latvia using European-sourced textiles, the Praiano collection combines the softness and practicality of cotton with the subtle texture of linen. Each piece is designed with an easy, unfussy quality that feels equally suited to everyday meals and long, lingering gatherings.

Brindle Note: Praiano takes its name from a lemon-canopied terrace overlooking the sea in the village itself — dappled sunlight across the table, citrus overhead and deep blue stretching beyond. The placemats capture a little of that feeling: warm, colorful, relaxed, and made for a table where no one is in much of a hurry to leave.
